As we approach the first anniversary of our home sale and purchase with Lisa Marie, we are reflecting upon the excellent service that she and her team (Tim Hills) provided. We think about them often and have reached out to them several time in the past year for advice, recommendations, and just to say hello. From the beginning of the home-search process, Lisa exhibited patience with us as we were in no rush to move, but were looking for our next home. She took great care to show us several homes as an exercise in gaining a better understanding of our wants and needs in a new home. While we were second-time home buyers, our first home was a condo, so Lisa was extremely gracious to educate us in what to consider when purchasing a historic home versus new construction. She would make herself available if we wanted to view a home on a whim, and she was an excellent communicator. Her colleague, Tim Hills was exceptional at providing information to us prior to viewing a home, following up to answer any questions that we had, he provided additional information about the home-buying process proactively, and managed the contract creation, review, and execution process perfectly to insure no items were missed and that we met each deadline. The market-research he provided regarding comps was invaluable to determining the price to ask for the home we were selling. Beyond the home-search process, Lisa's experience facilitated the timely staging, photography/marketing, listing, and showing of our condo. Without her expertise, we would not have secured a contract on our condo as quickly, or for the targeted price-point. She was even able to provide contact information for contractors with whom she works and trusts--they have performed excellent work and have been pleasant to work with each time. All of Lisa's real estate prowess was exemplified in the final weeks of the selling and buying process. We were shielded from any challenges or complications of the brokerage process. She elegantly managed the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home simultaneously including scheduling our closings one (1) hour apart. She had to negotiate with both the buyer's agent and the seller's agent (and us) to orchestrate a timeline that was agreed upon by all parties which was no small feat. We were able to close in three (3) weeks on the same day. For about a month after moving into our new home, we kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never did; we cannot believe how easy the process was on our end. We could not be more pleased with our home selling and purchasing experience from start to finish, and we intend to work with Lisa Marie and Tim for all of our real estate needs going forward.

Lisa is far and away the best agent you can use when buying a house. The houses she showed us were well within in our price range and checked off most of what we were looking for in terms of amenities and location.
